Since first forming The Nick Moss Band featuring Dennis Gruenling in 2016, master blues guitarist Nick Moss and world-class harmonica virtuoso Dennis Gruenling have become torchbearers for traditional electric blues. But rather than simply repeating what's come before, the band's high-energy take on old school Chicago, Texas and West Coast sounds is completely their own. With their new Alligator Records release (their third for the label), Get Your Back Into It!, Chicago native Moss and New Jersey native Gruenling---together with Rodrigo Mantovani on bass, and Pierce Downer on drums---deliver a deeply rooted, timeless blue collar blues album. AllMusic says the band, winners of the 2020 & 2024 Blues Music Award for Blues Band Of The Year, , "rdquo" -> makes the case for the vitality of old-fashioned Chicago electric blues in the 21st century." The Adler Brothers are three brothers and a handful of buddies from Chicago’s north suburbs who appreciate a cold one, rock & roll, and a healthy dose of country twang. Raised on Irish music and family sessions where everyone was expected to sing along, making music has always been part of the hang. With everyone now scattered across the country, this Black Wednesday show has quietly become a yearly tradition: a reason to get the band back together, round up old friends, and make a little noise before Thanksgiving. As the Adler Brothers’ only public show of 2026, they’re going all out, bringing a full cast of friends to the stage for a night that’s equal parts concert, reunion, and neighborhood hang.
Turnover?s sixth album, Down On Earth is a foundational shift for the band. It?s an evolution encompassing fragments of the various sounds and scenes they?ve cut their teeth in over their decade-spanning career. Honed in with the help of their longtime front of house engineer Zac Montez, Turnover sought out to and succeeded in capturing the essence of their renowned live show to Down On Earth. The album is also the most collaborative in their discography. The band reconvened after 2022?s Myself in the Way and took their time, utilizing the course of four years to hammer out the shape of their new album in the room together, iterating and improvising on ideas, experiences, riffs, and stray lyrics that each member brought to those sessions from lived experiences and life changes over that span.

Garcia's is fully ADA compliant featuring wheelchair lifts and ramps between the various levels of the venue, assisted listening devices upon request, and allows official service animals. Premium Table seating is located closest to the stage offering the most intimate music experience for guests and includes table service. Reserved Table seating is located on our main floor, behind the Premium section, and also includes table service. Founded around 1990, Sabertooth is led by two saxophonists: Cameron Pfiffner & Pat Mallinger. The band started out with the unique pairing of its two lead reedmen at an old musicians hang called Jazz Bulls in Lincoln Park West neighborhood of Chicago. From that night's collaboration the idea of Sabertooth began to take shape with a driving force behind the widely varied stylings best summed up as, 'just groove it'. Sabertooth has often ventured beyond soul-jazz and hard bop and moved into post-bop and modal territory with John Coltrane's modal recordings of the early to mid-'60s influencing the groups sound. Sabertooth is both a post-bop group and a soul-jazz/hard bop group with a highly diverse repertoire that includes many original compositions and jazz classics by Duke Ellington, Horace Silver, Wayne Shorter, Lester Young, John Coltrane, as well as covers by the Beatles, Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Bob Marley. Special invited guests who have performed with Sabertooth have included Harry Conick Jr., Kurt Elling, Joe Lovano, Roy Hargrove, Wynton Marsalis Band, Jack McDuff, Joey DeFrancesco, Umphrey's Mcgee Band, and many others. Sabertooth has also performed for numerous jazz festivals, concerts and private engagements.
Terrapin Flyer, formed in the fall of 1999, has since become a beloved fixture on the national music scene, playing regularly at venues and music festivals across the country. The band has a dedicated following among fans of The Grateful Dead and other jam bands, and is known for their authentic renditions of Dead songs. Over the years, Terrapin Flyer has toured with many great, notable musicians including Melvin Seals from the Jerry Garcia Band, Vince Welnick, Tom Constanten from the Grateful Dead and many other Dead-related musicians. Terrapin Flyer's shows are always lively and dynamic; their music always gets audiences dancing and singing along.
