ALICIA BLUE at FITZGERALDS Nightclub

FITZGERALDS NIGHTCLUB PRESENTS:ALICIA BLUE at FITZGERALDS Nightclub $20 General Admission / Reserved Tables Available Alicia Blues path to music didnt follow a straight line. Born along the San Bernardinoline in California and raised between Southern California and South Texas, she grew upbetween cultures, rhythms, and storiesmariachi on her dads stereo, West Coast soulin her headphones, and notebooks full of poetry in her backpack. Music wasnt the plan, but life had other ideas. A chance run-in with an aging soul singer changed everythinghe saw something in her, and she leaned in. The poems turned into songs, and theguitarbarely more than a few chords at the timebecame her tool for survival andconnection. She played her first open mic in 2016, armed with heart and raw talent. Just a few yearslater, Magma, one of her earliest songs, landed on Starbucks flagship Spotify playlistand played in stores around the world. Word started to spread: there was somethingdifferent about this voice. Honest. Haunting. Unafraid.By 2020, Alicia had carved out a name for herself in LAs songwriter scene, blendingAmericana, folk, and alt-country with an emotional depth that felt both timeless andrefreshingly current. A brief trip to Nashville in 2021 to write with some local legendsturned into a full-blown relocation the following spring. It didnt take long for her to findher peopleand her placein Music City. In 2024, she released a run of powerful singles, including Tennessee, a soul-stirringduet with Lucinda Williams that garnered critical buzz and introduced Alicia to a wholenew audience. By 2025, her sound had evolved again, digging deeper into the classiccountry she grew up on, colored by the mariachi melodies her Mexican father onceplayed for her. Think Dolly meets Emmylou, with a little Waylon at the edges. Now, Alicias gearing up to record her debut country album with none other than ShooterJennings, whos called her the voice of a generation and as rare as they come. Withnew music on the horizon, label talks in motion, and a voice that feels both familiar andcompletely her own, Alicia Blue is poised for a breakout yearand shes just gettingstarted. Grab dinner before the show at BABYGOLD BARBECUE (link to restaurant website)Or enjoy full service dining inside the club when doors open. ***PARKING***There is rather limited street parking in the area, we recommend arriving by rideshare, bicycle, or rickshaw. ***AGE RESTRICTIONS***21+, minors admitted with guardian

Sleeping With Sirens: An Ending In Itself Tour

Before the gold and platinum certifications, sold-out theaters, and a cultural resurgence that brought a new generation of true believers to their music through TikTok and arena tours, Sleeping With Sirens was a leap of faith grounded in intuition and a unique voice that?s impossible to mistake. Kellin Quinn didn't enter the post-hardcore scene sounding like the typical frontman. His powerful, passionate, urgent, and unique voice cut through the noise around them, both literal and figurative. The band connected with those who felt similarly out of step; listeners seeking solace in songs that echoed their deepest insecurities, resentments, anxieties, tensions, and fears. SWS felt like medicine. The thrillingly energized new album, An Ending in Itself, proves that the bond between the band and its passionate audience remains its defining strength. Produced by Will Yip (Turnstile, Panic! At The Disco, Circa Survive), the band?s eighth LP represents both a homecoming and a reckoning.

*SOLD OUT* This Is Lorelei with @

The last few years have been transformative for Nate Amos. Between delivering breakout records both as a solo artist under his This Is Lorelei moniker and with his band Water From Your Eyes, sold out shows across multiple continents, to seeing some of todays most influential artists cover his songs, the ascending songwriter has found his stride. 2024s Box for Buddy, Box for Star was Amos first attempt at an intentionally written full-length solo album, tackling newfound sobriety through a roving tongue-in-cheek take on musical personas, all strained through Amos genre-agnostic lens. It was a critical and word-of-mouth success, spawning a deluxe version with covers and collaborations including MJ Lenderman, Hayley Williams, Jeff Tweedy, Cameron Winter and many more. For many years, Amos This Is Lorelei project was known only to a close knit group of creatives in Chicago, where he relocated in his early 20s and produced hundreds of albums and EPs, tracing the outlines for both of his prolific projects before relocating to New York. In the time since, hes flourished as a wildly creative polymath who is equally adept at slinging heart worn hooks and eyeball-exploding art-pop.

The Dresden Dolls

Formed in Boston in 2000 after a chance meeting at a Halloween party, Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione quickly established The Dresden Dolls as a singular force in the underground music and art scene. Their fusion of theatricality, punk energy, and cabaret sensibility helped define the ?punk cabaret? genre. In 2003, the band won the prestigious WBCN Rock & Roll Rumble and released their self-titled debut album, featuring enduring songs such as ?Coin-Operated Boy? and ?Girl Anachronism,? the latter later featured on the HBO series Weeds. A support slot with Nine Inch Nails in 2005 helped propel their international profile.

The Tallest Man On Earth with Gwenifer Raymond

Matsson has made some of the best and most-compelling folk songs of the 21st century. Paste The Tallest Man on Earth has released some of the best modern folk music of this century. He writes elegant, homespun ballads that draw you in toward the proverbial campfire. - GQ Swedish singer-songwriter The Tallest Man On Earth aka Kristian Matsson is announcing a 2026 US fall tour today and the song Colors, his first new music in nearly three years. Recorded by Matsson in his home studio, the song whirls and swirls with his violin, guitar playing and signature croon. Yearning for the verdant inspiration of summer, head below to listen and watch the songs new video featuring handheld camera footage from Kristian and his crew on a recent run of European shows. Watch/Listen to Colors: https://thetallestmanonearth.ffm.to/colors The Tallest Man On Earth has captivated audiences using every inch of his long guitar cord to roam the stage: darting around, crouching, stretching, hip-twitching, perching briefly and jittering away (The New York Times). His tour this fall begins October 15 in North Carolina and snakes through the East and West coasts, ending in Phoenix on November 15. Head below to check out all upcoming tour dates. Critics often draw comparisons between The Tallest Man on Earth and Bob Dylan, citing similarities in both songwriting and vocal style. Matsson himself has acknowledged Dylans influence, revealing that he started listening to him at the age of fifteen. Fascinated by Dylans covers, he delved into their origins, which gradually introduced him to early American folk artists like Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie. However, Matsson is quick to distance himself from being part of any specific tradition, stating, I dont want to be part of a tradition. I just want to do what feels natural to me. This is how I play, and this is how I write songs. His 2023 album Henry St. marks the first time Matsson recorded an album in a band setting. As described by Matsson, its the most me album yet, because it covers so many of the different noises in my head. Having been away from it taught me that making music and performing is what Im doing for the rest of my life, and Im so grateful for it. It has given me new confidence and playfulness. This is what I do. Its unconditional.

Elanor Moss with Max Subar

London-based songwriter Elanor Moss will be releasing her new full length, 'The Knife, The Needle', on Merge Records in August 2026. The release follows 2025 tours with Foxwarren, Flyte, and Ye Vagabonds, and was met with support across the UK, with BBC6 Music naming her "One To Watch 2026". Elanor Moss grew up in a very creative, devoutly Catholic family, and began playing music at church events. Homeschooled through early youth, her parents put a real emphasis on nature and reading and music. Eventually leaving the faith, Moss started writing songs of her own in York as a student of English literature and playing open mics around the city. While at University she also discovered songwriting greats: Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, The Beatles. Shortly after graduation, Moss met producer Oli Deakin, who offered to record her first EP, "Citrus." Her work with Deakin took her to New York City, where she began forging a sense of community. Between "Citrus" and her second EP, "Cosmic," Moss toured with Christian Lee Hutson, Benjamin Francis Leftwich and LYR, played one-off shows with Cassandra Jenkins, CMAT, and Sam Amidon, and performed at Pitchfork London, Green Man Festival, and Mosely Folk, among others.

Diles que no me maten

For Diles que no me maten, every note is a small step into the unknown. The five-piece Mexico City band have always operated on a first-thought, best-thought basis, drawing on a jam-based, krautrock philosophy to craft intricate constructions of wiry art rock spiked with bluesy balladry and poetic mysticism. While their fourth album Escrito en Agua (Writ in Water) is their most consciously crafted and accessible to date, their founding principle of slow, wide-eyed exploration is alive and well.

Teddy Thompson w. Jenna Nicholls

Called one of the most gifted singer-songwriters of his generation, by The New York TimesTeddys glorious tenor is bracing but warm and never showy. The Associated PressBuoyant, soulful BillboardBeloved London-born, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Teddy Thompson has returned with the exquisitely crafted Never Be The Same, his first collection of original material since 2020. Across ten tracks, Thompson refines his craft via an exploration of musics enduring preoccupations love, longing, and the uneasy passage of time. This album wasnt built upon a grand narrative. There was no self-imposed exile, no forced reinvention. Instead, it is centered around an exhortation that is threaded through the songs like a refrain: Never Be The Same, its title only revealing itself to Thompson after hed completed the recording. Its a phrase that, unconsciously, I used twice. And when I saw it on the page, I realized, this is the message of this album, says Thompson. Dont ever be the same. Change. Grow! Even when the sentiment is, woe is me, Ill never recover after that love or loss. The message is still, change. Dont get too comfortable. Everything is temporary, so evolve or perish!
