The Adler Brothers are three brothers and a handful of buddies from Chicago's north suburbs who appreciate a cold one, rock & roll, and a healthy dose of country twang. Raised on Irish music and family sessions where everyone was expected to sing along, making music has always been part of the hang. With everyone now scattered across the country, this Black Wednesday show has quietly become a yearly tradition: a reason to get the band back together, round up old friends, and make a little noise before Thanksgiving. Since the release of his debut album Cotton Fields and Blood for Days in 2018, Partridge has toured relentlessly, including several tours throughout Europe. He is a regular at several great music festivals such as the 30a Songwriters Fest, and the Laurel Cove Music Fest as well as listening rooms across the country including the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Eddies Attic in Atlanta, and Duke's in Indianapolis. Recently, he toured extensively with Matthew Sweet, Drivin' N Cryin', and Dar Williams in support of his latest release Love in the Dark. He has performed on several syndicated NPR radio programs including, Mountain Stage and Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour. Partridge along with co-producer Ferrill Gibbs created the Alabama Astronaut podcast, where Abe attempts to properly record songs previously undocumented at holiness, serpent-handling churches in Appalachia. It was in the Top Ten documentary podcasts on Apple Podcasts within days of its release and now has over 100k downloads and a 4.9-star rating. Clark Paterson doesn't write songs from a safe distance. He writes them from the middle of the wreckage: hospital rooms, court dates, bar shifts at Robert's Western World, old farmhouses mid-restoration, garages cluttered with vintage car parts, and the strange emotional territory between heartbreak, survival, and redemption. Raised on his family's farm near Sandusky, Michigan, Paterson grew up around hard work, old machinery, and the kind of rural honesty that eventually found its way into his songs. Andrew Sa steps confidently into the spotlight with his debut album American Rough, out on June 26 via Bloodshot Records. After growing up in the Bay learning to sing along to classic country hits, Sa eventually moved to Chicago to further his songwriting education through a class at the Old Town School of Folk Music, and went on to meet the collaborators that shaped his musical career in Chicago for the years to come: Liam Kazar and Sully Davis. It was Davis who first invited Sa to open for the legendary queer country band Lavender Country at The Hideout and also tapped him for the brilliantly campy music revue Cosmic Country Showcase, started by Davis and Dorian Gehring in 2018. It was largely through Cosmic Country that Sa became a sought-after voice in Chicago's independent music scene, enveloping audiences with his signature, siren-like croon and delectable charm.
