**INDIE SHOWCASE** We started as a DIY venue and we're keeping that spirit alive by hosting all sorts of indie bands --both local and from afar! This time we've got: **\--SPOCKET** **\-- HANNAH LAINE** **\-- FAT FINGERS** For over a decade, **Spocket** has been delivering its signature sound of fusion funk jams and harmonically adventurous arrangements to a loyal and enthusiastic fanbase. If you’re looking for the cure to your chronic ailment of boring and mundane instrumental shows… “Put some Spocket on it!” Under the leadership of “Ukrainian Sensation”, Founder/Bandleader/Guitarist Ken Konstantine, Spocket has become a staple of the Chicago fusion scene. Drummer Luke Angle, Bassist Evan Levine, and Keyboardist Colin Drozdoff round out the rhythm section while members front line Trombonist Josh Torrey, and Saxophonist Gerald Martinez scorch the earth with face melting horn lines and solos **Hannah Laine** is a Grand Rapids–based singer, songwriter, pianist, and loop artist whose blends soul, jazz, and experimental soundscapes into intimate, emotionally resonant performances. Known for her warm tone, expansive vocal range, intuitive live-looping, and themes of healing and inner transformation, she creates immersive sets that feel both spontaneous and intentional. **Fat Finger** is a new band ready to funk your face off! Drawing from genres such as yacht rock and instrumental fusion, they serve up tasty hooks and ferocious chops without getting lost in the sauce.
