The Paul Asaro Quartet featuring Natalie Scharf features absolutely swinging and danceable music from the late 1920s through the mid 1940s. Paul and Natalie are both influenced and inspired by stride piano masters/consummate entertainers Fats Waller, Willie the Lion Smith, and James P. Johnson, as well as early swing innovators like Coleman Hawkins, Benny Carter, and Lester Young.
