Urine Hell / Edging / In Lieu / Shrive

About this event

Formed in 2019, Chicago band Urine Hell paints a sonic soundscape which encapsulates existential dread, paranoia, and self-loathing. Highlighted by panicked vocals and stage antics, the band's music constantly shifts and churns; groove-heavy bass lines accompanied by dissonant guitars and relentless drumming. They draw influences from bands like Godflesh, Slint and Meshuggah. Urine Hell have played with Conan, Chat Pile, Mizmor, and KEN Mode. Emerging from the eclectic Minneapolis punk music scene, Shrive is a noise rock trio with a penchant for experimentation. Formed in 2024, the band features members of Morality Crisis, Nerves and Kostnatění, and is built around a vision of genre-bending and an unwavering commitment to volume.
