Slow Riser is a Chicago-based dark indie-pop project from longtime collaborators Ian Young and Claire Watkins. Swapping vocal leads, the duo layers chorus-soaked guitars, swelling strings, and haunting synths over driving rhythms, creating a sound that drifts between intimacy and intensity. Their new album 'Fogbound' comes out August 7, 2026.
